MyQA
myQA is a radiotherapy QA platform that brings together different applications, users, and knowledge. A single platform—myQA Platform—connected to a single database enables easy data comparison and efficient data management.
The various applications and all users are connected to the same platform, enabling:
– An efficient and flexible workflow
– Comparison of data from different applications
– Consistent results
The platform includes a central database for:
– Data security, including storage and backup
– Data control, with search and filtering functions
– Data access security, through user and permission management
myQA enables centralized management of licenses, LINACs, measurement instruments, and calibrations, as well as the configuration of protocols and reports.
myQA modules
myQA Accept is the interface that manages the acquisition, analysis, and organization of dosimetric data. Dosimetric measurements are software-controlled, allowing any measurement sequence to be defined quickly and easily. For routine measurements, measurement sequences can be defined and saved.
myQA Machines is the software dedicated to quality assurance of radiation beams. It enables the definition of customizable protocols, tolerances, and scheduling tables, with TG-142 provided as the default protocol. It supports dosimetry, safety, imaging, and MLC QA requirements; generates reports describing the QA checks performed; and stores them in the platform database.
Different plug-ins are available for non-dosimetric QA of radiation treatment machines:
– MLC QA Plug-In: By acquiring images from EPID or film, it performs picket-fence test analysis to determine MLC positioning accuracy and leaf-transmission characteristics.
– EPID QA Plug-In: Performs QA of planar imaging, both kV and MV. It is compatible with all commonly used imaging phantoms.
– Dynamic MLC QA / VMAT Plug-In: Performs dynamic MLC tests. It automatically analyzes tests to verify dose delivery using different dose rates, gantry speeds, and MLC speeds, as required for RapidArc and VMAT quality assurance.
myQA Patients manages patient pre-treatment verification performed with MatriXX Evolution.
