BolusCare™

BolusCare™ is a two-component, patient-specific bolus, produced directly at the treatment site and individually adapted to the patient’s anatomy. The soft material conforms even to complex body contours, thereby reducing air gaps and creating optimal conditions for a reproducible treatment throughout the entire therapy cycle.
Thanks to its defined material density of approximately 1.6 g/cm³, BolusCare™ is clearly visible on CT scans and can be precisely integrated into radiotherapy planning.

Brachytherapy
BolusCare™ also opens up new possibilities in certain brachytherapy applications – for example, for catheter stabilization or for adapting to complex anatomical conditions. The flexible silicone material improves fixation while at the same time increasing patient comfort.
