Apart from what specified on navigation data, the subject is free to furnish personal data.
The provision of personal data is mandatory or optional depending on the purpose for wich the data is processed. Whether marked data  are not provided, the data processor won’t be able to provide his services or what requested.


In order to comply with on duty contracts, your personal data will be processed by companies contractually linked toELSE SOLUTIONS SRL, and could be communicated to others belonging to:

  • subjects providing services for the management of the information system used by ELSE SOLUTIONS SRL and telecommunications networks;
  • studies or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
  • platform operators for the abovementioned services (websites hosting, etc);
  • Competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and / or provisions of public bodies, upon request;

Entities in the above categories are considered data processor, or are acting independently as data controller.


Personal data provided won’t be transferred to a third Country outside the European Union.


You may freely exercise your rights at any time under Reg. EU 2016/679 –GDPR, Sections15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 contacting the Data Controller – ELSE SOLUTIONS SRLin person of its legal representative;
You have the right, at any time, to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning youare being processed, request their rectification or erasure.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, in case you consider your data processing in contrast with Reg. UE 2016/679, pursuant to article 15 lett. f) of Reg. UE 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and, pursuant to article 6 paragraph no. 1, lett. a) and article 9, paragraph no. 2, lett. a), you have the right to revoke your expressed consent at any time.
Exercising your right to data portability, the Data Controller may provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format subject to the provisions set forth in paragraphs 3 and 4 of art. 20 of Regulation EU 2016/679.
Informative amendments: data processor retain the right to modify, update, add or remove some parts of this informative at any time.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified users, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify the users themselves. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error or similar) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Cookies of Google Analytics. Our website uses Google Analytics exclusively for statistical purposes. The cookies in question collect information in order to monitor and analyze the access to all the areas of the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website are sent to Google Inc. whose website expressly referred to for more details and to disable their rescue on the user’s terminal since their use for the purpose of navigation on our site is entirely optional.

The personal data contained in cookies of our site are not widespread and are treated with automated tools for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are implemented to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect and unauthorized access or do not comply with the purposes of collection.
