We are looking for a professional with a technical background in electronics or IT, combining strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, to join our Service Team as a Field Service Engineer. The successful candidate will work mainly independently, while always being part of a team. Key responsibilities Perform equipment installations, troubleshooting and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the proper operation of our systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, both remotely via VPN and on site at customer locations across Italy. Carry out repairs on equipment received at our in-house laboratory. Communicate with customers throughout the technical support process. Liaise with the technical support teams of our device manufacturers. Install and configure medical software and integrate it into hospital IT networks.
