Quality policy

ELSE Solutions S.r.l. is an Italian company founded in 1990 with established experience and expertise in the manufacture and supply of equipment and services for the medical and industrial sectors. It is organised into dedicated divisions staffed by highly qualified personnel in nuclear medicine, radiotherapy, radiodiagnostics and radiation protection. The company’s activities include the import and distribution of medical devices.

ELSE Solutions S.r.l. has implemented a Quality Management System within its organisation that complies with the UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards to meet market demands through the development of a culture of quality shared by all staff. The organisation is committed to maintaining, monitoring and continuously improving the effectiveness of the ISO 13485 management system in line with the applicable regulatory requirements.

ELSE Solutions S.r.l.’s objective is to consolidate its position as a leader in the provision of comprehensive solutions in the medical and industrial sectors, focusing on the quality and reliability of the services provided and the technologies represented. With this in mind, production processes must be geared towards plug-and-play products for the international market, accompanied by appropriate documentation for the user and distributor, with multilingual management at various stages of the production process right through to the finished product. For this reason, ELSE Solutions S.r.l. is increasingly chosen by leaders in specific sectors who rely on the professionalism and enthusiasm that the ELSE Solutions S.r.l. team has always demonstrated.

Management is also committed to setting objectives over time that can be monitored (during the Management Review), to enable any necessary improvement actions to be taken using a risk-based approach.

ELSE Solutions S.r.l.   believes that quality is everyone’s responsibility; each individual must strive to optimise their work and the equipment they use to work as effectively as possible, learn from and share their mistakes to implement corrective actions that benefit everyone, and identify and prevent potential risks.

ELSE Solutions S.r.l.   has as its mission the satisfaction of its customers, meeting their present and future needs, fulfilling their requirements and aiming to exceed their expectations, understanding their needs through direct communication with them, in the knowledge that the success of its customers runs parallel to its own.

Management considers the relationship with suppliers to be of equal importance; there must be a relationship of mutual collaboration and transparency, particularly with technology partners, with whom a continuous and fruitful collaboration must be maintained to ensure the progressive improvement of production activities. Suppliers are also regarded as partners, rather than mere providers of labour, materials and equipment, so that requirements and expectations are shared with them (rather than imposed).

Continuous improvement is the permanent objective for the entire Organisation, across all areas and for every activity, so as to achieve tangible results both in terms of the product and the service offered to the customer, including mandatory requirements (legal, regulatory, etc.).

Everyone’s work contributes to optimising the company’s image, primarily by avoiding errors, meeting deadlines, seeking to understand how their market sector is developing in order to remain at the forefront, and applying the principle of continuous improvement day by day at all levels.
