Quality Policy

ELSE Solutions S.r.l. is an Italian company founded in 1990 with consolidated experience and professionalism in the production and supply of equipment and services for the Medical and Industrial sectors. It is structured into dedicated divisions with highly qualified personnel in Nuclear Medicine, Radiotherapy, Radiodiagnostics, and Radioprotection. The activity includes the import and distribution of medical devices.

ELSE Solutions S.r.l. has implemented a Quality Management System within its organization compliant with the European Standards UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 13485 to meet market needs through the development of a quality culture shared by all personnel.

The goal of ELSE Solutions S.r.l. is to consolidate its leading position in providing 360-degree solutions in the Medical and Industrial sectors, focusing on the quality and reliability of the services provided and the technologies represented. From this perspective, production processes must be oriented towards plug-and-play products for the international market, accompanied by adequate documentation intended for the user and distributor, with multilingual management at various levels of the production process up to the finished product. For this reason, ELSE Solutions S.r.l. is increasingly chosen by leaders in specific sectors who rely on the professionalism and enthusiasm that ELSE Solutions S.r.l. personnel have always demonstrated.

The Management is also committed to defining objectives over time that can be monitored (during the Management Review), to allow for necessary eventual improvement actions with a risk-based thinking approach.

ELSE Solutions S.r.l. believes that quality is everyone’s duty; each individual must focus on optimizing their work, the equipment they use to work in the best possible way, learning from and sharing their mistakes to implement corrective actions useful to all, and identifying and preventing potential risks.

The mission of ELSE Solutions S.r.l. is the satisfaction of its Customers, meeting their present and future needs, satisfying their requirements, and aiming to exceed their expectations, understanding their needs through the care of direct communication with them, aware that customer success runs parallel to its own.

Equally important to the Management is the relationship with suppliers, with whom there must be a relationship of mutual collaboration and transparency, and particularly with technological partners, with whom continuous and fruitful collaboration must be maintained for a progressive improvement of production activities. Suppliers are also considered partners, rather than simple providers of work, materials, and equipment, so as to share (rather than impose) needs and expectations with them.

Continuous improvement is the permanent objective for the entire Organization, for all areas, and for any activity, in order to achieve tangible results both in the product and in the service offered to the Customer, including mandatory (legal, regulatory, etc.) requirements.

Everyone’s work leads to the optimization of the corporate image, mainly by avoiding errors, meeting deadlines, seeking to understand how their market sector is developing to always be at the forefront, applying the principle of continuous improvement day by day at all levels.
